Zeenath Khan, Head of Finance Leadership Development Program, eBay

This program has helped me to connect with myself, be my best self and reduce stress and constant questioning. In business, I am more conscious to remember to stop, breathe and be more centered especially in tense or difficult situations. Continuing to train my mind makes me a better leader, mom, wife and contributor. There is something about being part of the group led meditation that impacts me in a way I can’t describe; it feels powerful to be in silence and yet sharing all at the same time.

Developing Transformative Leaders

BE's programs use the hard science of mindfulness, emotional intelligence and intrinsic motivation.

Creating Engagement

BE is a science-based Leadership Training & Coaching organization. We create and deliver custom leadership programs using the hard science behind Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness and Intrinsic Motivation. We develop transformative leaders who create and sustain engagement amid the pace of play in the rapidly changing technology space.

BE model

Emotional Intelligence

Leaders tend to get promoted because of their technical expertise. Leaders need that expertise but they manage people, making EQ critical to success. Science shows that mindfulness tools increase EQ and in turn employee engagement. BE provides simple tools and training in the four quadrants of EQ – self-awareness, self-management, social-awareness and transformational relationship.

Intrinsic Motivation

Intrinsic Motivation is the degree to which an individual’s behavior is self-motivated and self-determined. Being able to intrinsically motivate oneself and create an environment that aligns intrinsic and extrinsic motivators for a team is essential to employee engagement. BE trains leaders to engage people through the four key drivers of intrinsic motivation: purpose, autonomy, relatedness and mastery.

Proven Team

BE’s founders have a combined 50+ years of mindfulness practice, 30+ years of executive coaching experience, 20+ years of technology executive experience and 20+ years of HR experience. Our mission is to increase gross global happiness through developing mindful leaders who create and sustain high levels of engagement.
